I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by the Hiring Manager shortly thereafter. After an initial call, there were 3 rounds of phone interviews with various distributed team members. Communication with Calix was superb - especially with their HR Coordinators. Overall, the process went smoothly, as I always felt included in the communication loop.
