I had a positive interview experience with California Burrito in 2024. The overall process consisted of four rounds: 1. A brief introductory discussion with the CEO (approximately 10 minutes). 2. An interview with the hiring manager. 3. A discussion with a senior leadership/board member. 4. A final round focused on cultural fit and compensation discussions. The interview questions were primarily centered around my professional background, previous work experience, challenges I had handled, client interactions, and overall role-related responsibilities. Unfortunately, due to the delay in finalizing the offer, I had already been assigned a new project within my current organization and was therefore unable to accept the opportunity.
