Interview process was fair - the fun part comes at the end. 1 screening, 3 interviews. Stand PM questions. The business priorities, however, are all over the place. I was supposed to work under this one person, who i interviewed with for the first interview. Then for the third and final interview, I was then told the i was actually going to work on a different project, under this person, whos locationed in a different region from the first interviewer. Here's where it gets fun - they gave me an offer, that i accepted, gave them a background check, had a start date, etc. I then received a bland, generic email (not even a phone call - very disappointing), saying that they rescind my accepted offer because business priorities changed. If you ask me, leadership is in shambles and arent really sure what to do. Additionally, they had the job listed on a LinkedIn page called 'Confidential', instead of listing the job on their own 'Calibre Scientific Group' page.
