Started with phone screen from HR, followed by phone interview by department manager. Poor follow up by HR, they can totally improve on communication. I had to call and ask the department manager if I was selected for a follow up interview, and the answer was yes. Anyway, it wasn't a good fit for both sides and didn't work out!
