First interview was online with the direct supervisor for the role and the head of a closely related subdepartment. Second interview was in person with the direct supervisor and head of the department.

Interview
It was a standard interview process. I met with a representative from HR and the person I would be reporting to directly. I received an offer within an acceptable timeframe. Overall my experience was good and since my employment there, the hiring processes seem to have improved even more as operational policies and processes were deliberately worked on.
