Calgary Parking Authority interview questions

I went into the interview back in the beginning of this year, and one of the main developers was on his phone constantly. I thought this was unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time.

There were 3 people in the interview. I showed up early, the interview started 10 minutes late. The h/r person was timing the interview so even though they were late, I was not given the opportunity to ask any questions. Instead, I was rushed out of there. Very unprofessional. In the future they should try asking questions that are actually applicable to the position. That was not done. They win awards for hiring right out of university so if you are over the age of 30, don't even bother applying.
