Caledonian interview questions

They asked me a couple of question regarding past experiences. What are my highs and what are my lows in general. After the interview they gave me a tour around the companies offices.

2 senior members of staff, asking a range of questions. with presentation of a mixed port folio required, and discussion of various element of the design work. general chat about expectations and requirements of the position, items of interest to them, and what the position needs to meet level of detail and time factors, plus self management , the various stages of the product form start to manufacture.
