Calamos Investments interview questions

Call with Recruiter, and then one hour panel interview with 3 member team and then again 2nd interviews with 2 members - one guy from external team and other is from senior profile. I found very discriminating attitude by one of the sr guy who did the interview. He asks the question and he wont let me finish the answer and he cut me down , same he did whole 1 hour interview. he repeated his same behavior even i m answering to other members in the interview panel. Very embarrassing and non-professional behavior and didn't expect from Sr. members of the company. After this interview they Invited me to 3 hour onsite interview , but i didn't go due to personal reasons- they scheduled virtual interview . But after 2nd itnerview got the feed back that - I'm not fit . :) . Not sure why they invited me 3 hour onsite interview if im not fit. looks like they just want to play around with candidate. I suggest to avoid :)

Very simple, one screening call into one zoom meeting with two team members of the group you're applying for. No technicals, all behavioral. Was given an offer about a week later.
