Waiting in the reception for a long time, then fill application form (includes my data mentioned in the CV)

Very primitive English test.
Waiting again, but I notified the receptionist if the HR didn't show up within 10 minutes, I wouldn't wait any more. Unfortunately he didn't show up, I had to quit.
It was totally waste of time, effort, money. UNPROFESSIONAL.
