The interview process was confusing. First, I had to take an online psychometric test, followed by an interview with the talent acquisition team. After that, I heard nothing for almost two months. Suddenly, a user interview was scheduled for the same day without any prior notice. They also requested that I prioritize their interview over a previously scheduled one with another company, using an unprofessional and demanding tone. It seemed they were just playing games with me, especially since I noticed they reposted the same job opening after my first interview. I just have a bit respect for them.
