Cafe Zupas interview questions

He asked me about my previous job, why I wanted to work there, three things I'm looking for in a job. Then he told me that Cafe Zupas has three things they look for in employees: smile, communication, and one other thing. He asked me why each of these things are important to me to see if it aligned with what the company was looking for. After each answer, he explained what the company was looking for. He also mentioned during the interview that the company is very selective of who they hire.
