I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2010
Interview
Was a group interview with 17 people in a small room sitting in a circle with 4 Managers/Executives. Was asked to bring an item I'm most proud of or passionate about. Started with being partnered up with another candidate and spending 10 minutes getting to know them. Then had to introduce partner to everyone. My partner was extremely nervous and made up embarrassing nonsense about me. I was horrified and I know it was visible on my face. Then we had to share a situation where we experienced outstanding customer service. Then we had to share and explain the item we brought. After everyone was done, the Managers left the room for 10 minutes to deliberate and 1 Mgr. returned. She called out the names of half the group ( I was in that group) and asked us to follow us into the hall. She then thanked us for our time, but they're not going forward with our applications.
