Interview
Interview process was pretty nonexistent. I talked with one person and they didn't really ask a lot of question. Just what degree I had and she asked me to send a copy of that degree to them.
It was a very easy interview process at the beginning of the pandemic. The HR person barely asked for any information. Maybe border line unethical. However it was one interview and then a selection was made.
Nice and smooth. The length of the interview was not long. It was to the point. It was a phone interview, which made it smooth. It was more about the personality of the candidates ,and how they can manage , and deliver a good performance.
