I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cadmus (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
I received an automated email to submit a couple of videos. Each video was about 1 to 2 minutes long and it was about answering some questions. You only have 2 attempts and a test as well which was confusing as it looked like you were also submitting your test videos for review. I submitted mine at 7 pm on a Sunday and got an automated email the next day at 7 am saying that they enjoyed listening to my experience but other candidates were closer to their requirements. I don't believe my videos have been reviewed by a human. I think this was all AI managed.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cadmus in Jan 2024
Interview
one of the worst and demeaning overall experience.
The role was advertised for a mid-level PM more on operational side.
Round 1: Applied online on LinkedIn, they have a very lengthy set of questions to be answered as part of pre-screening, which does take quite a bit of time.
Round 2: I was selected and sent a video interview, which is online. The questions are kinda behavioural around my experience, had spent good time on this.
Round 3: I was selected for an online interview with their head of product (from India). Had a detailed interview lasted for about 1 hour. I was later sent a case study (Round 4) to work on.
Once I had worked on the case study and sent it back to them, there was another round (Round 5) to discuss the case study, that went for another 1 hour where the head of product even got into pricing strategy questions (was not included in the roles).
After all these rounds, I was sent a final round invite for a behavioural round with the head of engineering and design leads. I could clearly tell they were not very interested in me based on their way of questioning and expressions (mainly the head of engineering).
I was sent a rejection saying “they won't be able to take my candidature forward, due to a combination of factors involving the extent and type of experience, technical/operational/communication skills, and others”. They found this after 6 ROUNDS.
And I had a look at their company page after a while. Turns out they had hired someone with over a decade experience that worked for some really big companies.
Overall a very bad experience, having to spend that amount of time and efforts when it was falsely advertised.
