The process is quite straightforward. It starts with the recruiter screen, then a call with the hiring manager, some calls with cross collaborative members of the team, and possibly an assignment or presentation to a panel. I did not make it that far so I am unsure.
The call subsequent to the recruiter for the business development role was an extremely negative experience. I have never had someone raise their voice during an interview, when they were the ones significantly late (15 min).
I suggest you find another company to work for if you will be reporting to business development. I have never been so relieved for an interview to be over in my life. Nor have I ever been disrespected in such a way that I was stunned because of their extreme unprofessionalism.
