I had approached the HR representative over email who forwarded my resume to the manager. The manager then approached me over email. There were 3 technical interviews on call in the space of 2 weeks. In the end, there was an HR call. after which I was offered the position. All the technical rounds were conducted by very experienced and senior team members. The interview experience was very very good. All interviewers were helpful and polite. They even helped me answer 1-2 questions where I was stuck. They focused on the basics of Digital circuits, FINFETs and the overall Physical Design flow. Overall it was a great experience.
