Straight forward. Standard questions. Nothing too difficult. Asked about previous experience. Asked if you can work in a fast environment. Said work hours is flexible but it wasn’t. Didn’t tell me about occasional saturdays
I applied through university. I interviewed at Cadence Aerospace (Westfield, MA) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process began with a confirmation regarding US citizenship and clearance to work. Following this confirmation, I was treated to a short tour around the facility and given a general overview of operations. After the tour, I participated in a one-on-one interview with the head of the department.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cadence Aerospace (Torrance, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Warning: One of the interviewers was not wearing a mask, nor social distancing.
The interview was in person, indoor, inside a conference room. I didn't feel safe and felt uncomfortable because the CDC guidelines were not being followed by one person (sitting next to me).
The Process: HR calls to set up the interview. Street parking. Digital sign in, a picture is taken, and a visitor tag is printed. HR representative walked me to the conference room where the interview took place. After interview I was taken on a tour of the shop.
