There were two rounds of interviews. Both were a pleasant experience. Be prepared to answer in depth questions about your philosophy and what types of systems you would put in place in your classroom. Be confident in the "why" of all your methods. Everyone understands that your ideas are hypotheticals, so it is okay to express your ideal teaching situation.
