Online Application via hospital website then received a email regarding to interview invitation, interview was a panel interview with two of the staff. Staff were very nice and interview questions were resonable.

Interview
In person interview with manager and manager of a related ward. Very welcoming, had a small tour of the unit. Overall good experience. Was asked about which cabrini value you align with the most and follow up q's on that.
Two online interviews, second one being live. Quite straightforward questions about clinical senarios and general questions to explore personal values and etc.. It took a while to get result of the first interview but overall process was smooth.
