Interview
I applied through an online job platform and was later contacted by phone to schedule an interview. The call itself was a mini-interview for English language check. I was then invited to the main office for a in person interview (pre-covid)2.

Question 1
The interview was held in a friendly and free format by future team lead and a HR representative, with general questions to determine the personality match. Standard questions about previous experience in sales/customer care were asked, as well as an example of a difficult customer situation

Interview
Online interview. Interviewer asked me right away if I had questions, which I did. It was confusing when I asked the question she said I should wait with that question till the end. Other than that, she explained what they do but because I had many questions we didnt have much time left and I'm not sure if it was my fault or not. But I got the 2nd interview, wish me luck.
