Interview
You can tell from the start that the company is very behind the times. The phone system makes it hard for some calls to go through and reception is terrible.
The office looks like it's under renovation but that's how it looks. The inter process is so awkward.
I got the distinct impression that my writing samples from the web were not read. The owner has a hard time keeping up with conversations since he's really just the owner. So one would the the team he has interview would be prepared and not walking into an interview looking uncomfortable, acting like they don't want to be there and so curt.
When I asked questions on why marketing practices and tools over 10 years old were being used, no one understood or had intelligent answers. T
