Interview
The first interview is the weirdest thing I've ever experienced which is a micro interview for 15 mins. The CEO missed the entire first meeting, rescheduled for the next day. No time to ask them any questions & clearly not structured or KPI specific in the questions being delivered.

1) What is your experience selling into telecom? 2) How much renewable energy experience do you have? 3) General overview of who you are - - Remember the first interview is just 15 mins
First- Recruiter Call asking about what my interest are and introduction of the company and also asked me " Tell me something about yourself" Second: Coding round with 5 code- 3 in python and 2 in C++. Difficulty level: easy It was a 30 min round and was like a communication based on my resume and previous experience. No technical question.

Interview
This process was done over zoom with the manager who would be supervising the position. I presented myself and how I could best apply myself to the role. The manager had questions for me and I had questions for them.
