The HR round was informative and well-handled, with the interviewer providing a clear explanation of the role and its responsibilities. However, I had some concerns during the assignment evaluation with the person at the AD OPS working in India. It seemed that the evaluator didn't have a chance to thoroughly review my assignment before the interview, resulting in a rushed and disorganized assessment. Moreover, the time allotted for the assignment review was insufficient, and I felt pressured to explain my thought process and assumptions quickly. Additionally, the evaluator's questions and expectations regarding the assignment were unclear, making it challenging for me to respond effectively. While I understand the importance of thorough evaluations, I believe interviewers should maintain a respectful and approachable demeanor, especially at higher levels in the organization. Providing candidates with adequate time to explain their work and offering specific feedback on areas that need improvement can significantly enhance the interview experience. In conclusion, I hope my feedback will contribute to a more structured and considerate interview process for future candidates.
