Phone call with general interview, expectations and company information which was followed by Test by a Supervisor with an actual customer service call process. Not very difficult - Caller put you at ease.
2 steps that involved appliacation and then interview after I was selected for that stage. I received an email that my application was received. It stated it would be reviewed. After some time I received an email asking to set up a time
The interview went really well, regular questions about why you want this position, I was alseked to write a letter in English, and a final fake customer call to check your skills.
It took about twenty minutes via a phone call. It was your average interview and it was quite easy. Asked the questions you would usually expect from any job interview. The interviewer was nice and understandable, informative.
