Had pre planned open ended questions that were very good. Definitely had a good mix of interesting questions and commonly used tried and true ones.
I wish that I had more time but that could have also been an issue about me.

What would your friends say is an issue they have with you?
There is a pre-screening with a phone call and then they invite you to an interview whenever you are available. The interview itself is great with the hiring manager there and then someone related to your field or the role you will be in. The questions are straight-forward, as long as you are genuine.
The first step of the process was a group interview with several members of their team. The second was a 1 on 1 interview where more technical questions were asked to assess skill level.
