I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Veterinary Group (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. The interviewer was late, and I was left waiting for 20 minutes without any communication.
When the interviewer finally arrived, they seemed unprepared and didn't have a clear idea of what they were looking for in a candidate. The questions were vague and unrelated to the job description.
The conversation felt more like an interrogation than a discussion, with the interviewer firing off rapid-fire questions without giving me a chance to fully respond.
To make matters worse, the interviewer's phone kept ringing, and they answered it multiple times during the interview, leaving me sitting awkwardly while they chatted with someone else.
The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and made me question whether I'd want to work for a company that can't even be bothered to conduct a professional interview.
Phone call interview. Taking about general stuff on resume. Proceeded to ask some hard questions but manageable. It was an average difficulty level interview. After phone interview they proceeded to ask about pay.

Interview
In house and just picked, no fair interview process or application process followed. To my benefit this time but it's still unfair. I am now seeing the other side of this unfairness as I am being told I should be qualified and yet I didn't even interview for the role.
