Interview
I had a phone screening initially. Within a week, I received an email about the first round of interviews. During the interview, a team of 4-5 members discussed the role, asked a few technical questions, and then passed me to the second round. The second round was similar to the first but more in-depth. The team was very friendly and interactive. Finally, I got the offer and am starting my new career at CVS Health!

HR Round - General questions but what are expectation, relocation and salary. Was very low budget but higher experience expectation.

Interview
The interview process was basic, covering my previous experience, reasons for leaving my last job, and their role's responsibilities. There were no technical or in-depth questions to assess my skills. I received a rejection the next day with no feedback, leaving the process feeling rushed and unclear. Better structure and transparency would improve the experience.
