I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Wayne, NJ) in May 2020
Interview
It was an average interview experience. Nothing of note. Was able to complete interview and offered job as cashier at the location I worked at. Interview helped prep me to understand roles and responsibilities of role I was going into.
Good, I learned a lot about the process. I advanced my skills heavily, great place to work at. I loved the process behind it, I love the people, I love the job!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at CVS Health (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
CVS interview process is structured and efficient, typically including an initial recruiter screen, behavioral interview, technical or role-specific questions, and final team or manager interview.it was the easiest interview i ever had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
how would you handle if a customer isn’t satisfied?
It went well they ask you the normal questions why would you be a good fit and if you graduated highschool and some other questions it wasn’t a difficult interview but I’m sure everywhere is different I was just myself
