3 person panel interview. The panel was prompt, organized, and knowledgeable. A round robin style interview with excellent questions. As most interviews are, it was a Situation, Action , & Result questioning/process.

Recruiter, 1 interview with an additional person watching and not saying a word. Entire process took about 7 weeks from interview until start date. Interviewer warned that it wasn’t understood why they take so long to respond to interviewees.
