The process included a combination of behavioral interviewing with several screens between HR, hiring manager and peers on the team. I was given an opportunity to share examples from previous roles around challenges I helped the prior organization overcome as well as demonstrate my unique perspective. The interviews were held in person at the company headquarters so it was great to get a chance to feel the culture, interact with the team and really see what a day in the life could be like if I chose to accept the role.
