Very Similar to other interviews. Be prepared with specific examples to demonstrate your leadership, problem solving, and customer service in a real life setting. The first interview was completed over the phone (due to distance) and the second interview was done in person.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult co-worker and how did you resolve the issue?
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
