Interview
This was a positive experience for me and I learned a lot about the company from an internal perspective during the process but decided that ultimately this was not for me. I was referred by a friend who is the General Manager of one of the stores in the district and his manager called me because he had some spots opening up. My work experience and degree were a good fit and the pay was competitive but the hours were not going to be a good fit for me. This is a good company but they get every penny out of their general managers.

I look for the job in the internet. I filled out the aplication on line and later received a call . The first interview was over the phone and once I pass the phone interview i when in for a one on one interview.
