Interview
With the economy the way it is, the process is very selective. The CVS personnel are professional and thorough in their interviews. Quality people are needed more than ever in a world were customers are very demanding. Salaries are still a subject for negotiation, quality people should not sacrifice this in an interview just to get a job.
The recruiter was friendly and the questions were the usual. The interview went on as scheduled. Refreshing since I have been on interviews before where the recruiters never showed up (different company) I did not move forward in the process.
