      Cvs Assistant Manager Interview

      20 Feb 2019
      Anonymous employee
      San Antonio, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CVS Health (San Antonio, TX)

      Interview

Was hired internally, so there was not really an interview process. However, I was a shift before and did everything that a store manager had already done. My district manager and I communicated on me being promoted and from there we discussed what i wanted in the company and my future goals with CVS.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

the interview was not really done since i had already been employed. My district leader knew I was capable of the position. We discussed my strengths, my goals, how long I wanted to remain with the company. Quizzed me on MSH, LP, and P&L

Recruiter calls you for a brief phone interview. If you pass, he/she will set you up to see the District Manager. They will look at your resumes and asks you some random generic interview questions and that was about it.

      Cvs Assistant Manager Interview

      30 May 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CVS Health in Aug 2010

      Interview

I drafted a resume and sent it to the local district office. In a few days I called the secretary to see if it had been received and she stated that it had and I should be expecting a phone call soon. I received a call that same day from the district trainer who scheduled an interview. It was a run of the mill interview with typical "interview type" questions. After this interview we scheduled and interview with the District Manager. Same type of interview and pretty relaxed. I was then sent for a drug test and a background check was submitted. My references and past employers were not contacted.
