Interview
Recruiter for the company called from Dallas. Set up phone interview with IT hiring mgr for job in Bannockburn. Very informal discussion, such as 'why are you leaving your current job'. The following week I was 1 of 5 people selected for face-to-face interview. Actually, it was with 2 IT leads for 1 hour of basic tech questions such as polymorphism, inheritance. Then 1 more hour with 2 mgrs - softskills such as SDLC.
It's good, but rejected; they are looking for a tech lead. I am not enough for that experience and am not able to crack that interview. I did not got offer and it is rejected
3 stage interview process, manager-team-manager interviews. Lots of Java questions. first two were technical interviews, last one was behavioral interview. overall they were not too difficult. with eac around an hour long
