Very informal interview process. Spoke with an area Training Store Manager for about an hour. We talked a little bit about my work history, but most of the conversation was small talk.
Next step was a 30 minute phone call with the District Manager. He mostly talked about his expectations for the position.

I made it far into the interview process. I was ready to make the leap to start training and had verbally agreed to training and the salary. I was given the news that I was not chosen for the training position because they decided to hire someone with more recent retail experience. My experience was not as recent because I pursued a college degree and was unable to work during that time. Also, I was not chosen because I was not Bilingual, although it wasn't a requirement it was strongly preferred.
