Interview
Simple online application process followed by phone screen a few weeks later. Followed up with 1 on 1 with senior store manager about two weeks after that. Excellent, well prepared interviewer with excellent questions and answers. Passed on to DM for 1 on 1 about two weeks after that. Also a good interview with tough behavioral/experience based questions. Offer made a little over two weeks later. A very slow and deliberate process that was a bit frustrating at times but ultimately worked out well.

Lots of "Tell me about a time..." and "how would you achieve X in this situation" types of questions.

Make sure this is exactly what you want to do as they have absolutely NO PROBLEM letting you go for another person that they think will do a better job than you. And they DO NOT like to re-hire ANY associates once you leave no matter what the circumstances were.

Trying to help out a very busy and unorganized pharmacy when they hit peal periods. Customers will yell at you in the drive thru because of the long lines occasionally.
