interview held with store manager and district manager. They asked basic scenario questions to see how I can handle pressure and difficult customers. the interview lasted about an hour. also have good understanding of the charts the cvs use MyImpact, CFR, MyStoreHealth.

It was very lax. I applied online. After the initial application, they have you complete an assessment that basically goes over your personality (ie; "I am a reliable person"). Once both were completed, I was called about a week later and scheduled an in person interview at the store. The interview took about 20-30 minutes.

Tell me about a time that you had to work through a really difficult situation.
Interview process was 3 with a screening, hiring manager and director call. It was STAR based and very straightforward. The process took about 3-4 weeks in total. Overall it was not bad but the pay sucks.
