A series of questions across Zoom/online interview that they wanted me to answer, which allowed me to talk about myself as a person. It gave me ample time to describe my answers for each of the questions.

Question 1
One question asked me about how I work with other employees. The question was along the line of how I see myself interacting with others, and what I would do in a difficult situation.

Interview
The online virtual interview went very smoothly. The interviewer was friendly, explained the role clearly, and asked straightforward questions about my pharmacy experience and availability. The overall process was quick, organized, and stress-free.

Question 1
They asked me to describe my previous pharmacy or healthcare experience and how it prepared me for the intern role.
It was online screening via video. They give you the prompt and you have a couple of minutes to prepare then you record the video. I believe I was able to do 1 retake of each question.
It was a very quick process, interviewed first online asynchronously and then with the district manager and got in. Overall, pretty straightforward and easy. As long as you are suited for the position, they would want the extra help.
