I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CUProdigy (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jun 2021
Interview
3 stages interview process.
1. Zoom call with a hiring manager.
2. Group interview.
3. Simulation packets.
So the interview process was easy, nothing special. Group stage was fun and interesting. I was able to meet some interesting individuals and we even went out for fun later. We agreed with my date that we'd both decline the offer in any case. The group of hiring managers talked so MUCH about how they are all one big family which seemed like: " Ugh, another round of candidates... Let's just all say WE LOVE it here, ok?)"
Last stage was the PDF with questions which were neither difficult nor easy. If you never any experience with SQL you won't be able to answer. Things like that. So I asked my ex boyfriend to help me with that. I guess it wasn't enough since I received an "Unfortunately ..." email.
It's not up to me to decide whether you'll have the same experience or not but I felt it was a 100% wrong place for me.
Thank you for the candid feedback. We strive for transparency and hope to ensure we do our best to do so during the interview process. All candidate who went through the interview process received a phone call personally from the COO, there were no emails sent on behalf of Prodigy.
Please feel free to reach out to us at beyondremarkable@cuprodigy.com in order for us to personally apologize to you for receiving an email instead of a phone call. It is our mission to provide everyone with dignity and respect during the interview process and we want to make this up to you.
Thank you!
