Interviewed by two employees about interest and skills related to research, storytelling and cheese. Discussed past work history and college experience. Questioned about culinary and dairy passions. It was a relatively easy exchange and the topics were familiar and intriguing.

Simple & relaxed. Felt more like coffee with a friend than an interview. Pressure & stress free. Met with Publisher and felt immediately at ease. We met at Sky Harbor as they had flown in for the day to interview people. This is an autonomous position as there are no offices here in AZ.

Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward. I came in and met with a team member who asked me about my background then went on to meet with the Editor in Chief. They asked about my strengths, weaknesses and talked about the position that I would be taking on. The interview was conducted professionally but at the same time very relaxed. Overall the interview was quite easy.
