I must say the interview process was incredibly simple and valuable experience. I applied online through the CU Direct Website. Within a week I was contact by Talent Acquisition James Baynard and he was incredibly professional. Originally I had applied for the customer care coordinator position, but James Recommended two positions he felt I was a better fit for which was Integrations Analyst or Application Product Support Specialist, I chose the Analyst position.
From that point James reached out to the Hiring Manager Jana and Supervisor Jason for a over the phone interview that same day. After speaking with them both, which I felt we had a very positive interview. About a day later James contacted me and requested for me to meet the manager and supervisor in a face to face interview , in which they would be coming to the Ontario Location from Rancho Cordova.
On January 31st, I had my face to face interview with Both. What an incredible experience, meeting them both, the interview felt like colleagues speaking among each other and not an interview. We discussed my experience, background and has given a few simple XLM tests to see my comprehension and understanding.
Interview lasted for about 1.5 hours. Overall Great interview I felt. I am still waiting to see if an offer will be made, but its only been a day.
