Normally I won't say bad words about the interview, but the interview process in this company is not so clever. They asked me to replicate a web page based on the psd file in an hour and then record a video for them, as well as writing some responses to the behaviour questions.
To be honest, I lost the interest in joining this company when i was finishing their tasks, the psd file is not pretty, even i could make a better one. And you are asking me to build a website based on this?
Also, i think it's too much to put the video recording and answering question all together in just one process, it may be convenient for them to hire people in this way. But for me, i really don't like the company which don't think from an applicant angle. Please, next time when you are hiring a web developer, at least put something related to javascript on it, no one use only html and css to build a website right now.

A test which they give you a static webpage (in photoshop format) that you need to develop (using html and Css only) pixel by pixel; You are supposed to finish it in 1 hour. They have a timer. Haven't heard back from them since.

Describe why you are the best candidate for the job
I did the assessment, by making the webpage that was listed as a PSD file. There were also video questions. Overall I felt like it was a good first step but I have not heard back from them yet regarding the position.
Initial application phase was straightforward. I received a blanket email of receipt. Next I completed a timed skill test involving no detailed instructions. This phase was rather frustrating. I received an email of receipt, but no other follow up after 3 weeks. Frustrating to not have a real person to contact!
