First round equity sales, 30 mins with the director, no online test, questions focused on background, commercial awareness, markets that you are interested in (a bit into technical analysis, global markets mainly on Asian and US)

Interviews have two rounds for this position. The first round is interviewed by the trader and takes about 45 minutes. The second round is interviewed by the hiring manager and takes about 30 minutes
