Interview

Pre-Screening with Talent Acquisition followed by 30-60 minute interview with Associate Director of Quality. Interview consisted of mostly situational based questions (tell me about a time when...) and some behavior based as well. Considering the high number of HR issues this position experiences, expect questions involving how you've dealt with difficult employees in the past.
