Interview was more Technical than I had anticipated. It consisted of 4 people, 1 from Human Resources the rest from the team I would be working with. I of the interviewers kept on probing

Interview
The interview was via zoom. There was an interview panel made of about 5 people. Each took turns to ask me questions for about an hour. I followed up later and HR asked me for some documents then I got an offer letter!

Interview
The panel was supportive but the whole procedure was rigorous and enlightening. Apart from the usual knowledge assessment, the panel was more interested in how the research proposal would be beneficial to society, what will be the outcomes and their practical application. The proportion of selected candidates was around 35 - 40% only.
