Pretty casual with 2 principals and 1 project manager. More of a get to know you type of interview, mostly asking for experience. They mentioned schools and temples being their bread and butter for project types.
It was brief and nice with supporting interview panel. They made me welcome and it was not nerve wrecking. I was calm due to welcoming nature of the panel. Their location is great. People are friendly. They don't have multiple interview rounds and process the applications relatively soon.
