CRON Systems interview questions

There were 5 rounds. first was general discussion about skills and common question about why i want to switch the job. second round was very funny interviewer just came and ask me to brief about myself then he gave me an assignment and told to do it in 2 days. After the assignment (3rd round) 4th round was again discussion with the CTO of the company. And guess what they again do not asked any technical question. 5th round was HR round and they asked my expected salary. after that each day for continuously 7 days hr use to call me or text me that they will send offer letter. after 1 week they provided me offer letter in which they are not even able to touch my current CTC.

Best Recruitment process, awesome followup. Timely interview happened. They understand importance of candidate's time as well thats why initial round of interview will take place over telephone call, face to face meeting only for final discussion. Only 2 rounds with "C Level" team or max 3 round.
