1) Applied via LinkedIn
2) received email response on 1 Feb and schedule phone screening on the same day. Also during phone screening also set up the SQL test which supposes to be completed in a day
3) waited for the link with credentials but didn't get anything. sent a reminder email on 3 Feb
4) received the credentials email for test on 5 Feb. I started working on it immediately as was suppose to finish in 24 hours.
5) on 6 Feb, the same lady sent me an email that she didn't know but they have already hired somebody in last week friday{2 Feb }
No consideration and professionalism for someone else time , no management
