Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The phone interview gives you an idea of what the company culture is like and is very low key. The in person interview was very informal, more of a sit down and chat over coffee than a traditional interview. You can tell that they are growing fast and very busy as they are checking their phones constantly.
